Active CPT-1 Phlebotomy License
Valid Driver’s License
Minimum of 1 year of experience in mobile phlebotomy, biometric screening, or health exams
Must supply personal phlebotomy equipment, including:Needles, Gauze, Band-aids, Tourniquets, Alcohol wipes, Gloves, Masks.
- Experience with pediatric patients
- Access to a mobile centrifuge
- $35 per draw requiring a centrifuge
-$30 per draw without a centrifuge
-Mileage Reimbursement: $0.66 per mile for appointments located 25+ miles outside the service area
